| Zarząd XTPL S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, że raporty okresowe Emitenta w 2023 roku będą publikowane w następujących terminach: - skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2022 - w dniu 26 kwietnia 2023 roku; - skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2023 roku - w dniu 17 maja 2023 roku; - skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 roku - w dniu 20 września 2023 roku; - skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2023 roku - w dniu 22 listopada 2023 roku. Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że Emitent nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych oraz skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2022 roku oraz za II kwartał 2023 roku. Ponadto Zarząd Emitenta informuje, iż w skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych i półrocznych zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. | Title:Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2023. Legal basis:Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering - Current and Periodic Information Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that in 2023 the Issuer’s financial reports will be published on the following dates:– annual consolidated and standalone report for 2022 – on 26 April 2023;– consolidated report for Q1 2023 – on 17 May 2023;– consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2023 – on 20 September 2023;– consolidated report for Q3 2023 – on 22 November 2023. At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023. Moreover, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain quarterly and half-yearly, respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
