| Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 14 marca 2023 Spółka otrzymała informację o walidacji przez Niemiecki Urząd Patentów i Znaków Towarowych patentu na metodę precyzyjnego sterowania pozycją głowicy drukującej oraz kontroli odległości pomiędzy głowicą drukującą i podłożem tj. dla zgłoszenia patentowego zatytułowanego “Methods of detecting and adjusting contact of a micro-structural fluid ejector to a substrate and method of detecting a fault condition in fluid flow from a micro-structural fluid ejector onto a substrate”. Procedura zgłoszeniowa dla tego patentu została rozpoczęta 15-go kwietnia 2019 roku. Jest to również data, od której obowiązuje ochrona wynalazku. Spółka w swoim portfolio posiada aktualnie 26 zgłoszeń patentowych i łącznie 4 przyznane patenty. Uzyskana ochrona patentowa wpłynie na podniesienie wartości potencjalnej komercjalizacji technologii Spółki w zakresie rozwiązań technologicznych Emitenta dla rynku elektroniki nowej generacji. Opisane zdarzenie stanowi potwierdzenie realizacji przez Spółkę strategii budowania rodziny patentowej dla rozwijanej technologii oraz produktów, co stanowić będzie element budujący wiarygodność Emitenta wobec potencjalnych klientów przemysłowych. W związku z powyższym oraz z uwagi na potwierdzenie unikalności rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a w dalszej kolejności na perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów, Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt wydania warunkowej decyzji przyznania Spółce patentu za informację poufną. W związku z powyższym, w opinii Zarządu spełnia kryteria wskazane w art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR. |

| Title:The approval of a patent by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. Legal basis:Article 17(1) MAR – inside information. Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL (“Issuer”, “Company”, “XTPL”) hereby reports that on March 14th, 2023 it received information about the validation of a patent by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office for the method of precise control of the position of the printhead and control of the distance between the printhead and the substrate. The patent was granted in response to the patent application “Methods of detecting and adjusting contact of a micro-structural fluid ejector to a substrate and method of detecting a fault condition in fluid flow from a micro-structural fluid ejector onto a substrate”. The application procedure for this patent was initiated on April 15th, 2019. This is also the date when patent protection started for the invention. The Company's portfolio currently includes 26 patent applications and a total of 4 patents granted. The patent protection will increase the value of the potential commercialization of the Company's technology with respect to the Issuer's technological solutions for the next-generation electronics market. The reported event confirms the continued delivery of the Company’s strategy of building a patent cloud for its proprietary technology and products, which will contribute to building the Issuer's credibility among potential industrial clients. In view of the above, and considering the confirmation of uniqueness of the Company's technological solutions, and then the outlook for the Issuer's perception by investors, the Issuer's Management Board has decided that the conditional decision to grant the patent to the Company should be deemed inside information. For this reason, in the opinion of the Management Board, the information meets the criteria set out in Article 7(1) of the MAR. |
