Sofia, Bulgaria, June 11, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 10, 2026 the Company sold 4 300 (four thousand three hundred) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 8 130.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.89. The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 8 425 000 representing 1.56% of the share capital of the Company. |
