| Zarząd Magellan S.A. informuje, że w dniu 31 lipca 2017 roku Spółka powzięła informację o podpisaniu aneksu do umowy kredytowej z ING Bankiem Śląskim S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach z dnia 29.09.2016 roku o wartości 200 mln PLN. Przedmiotowy aneks, datowany na dzień 31.07.2017 roku, zwiększa łączną wartość dostępnej linii kredytowej do 300 mln PLN. Zwiększenie dotyczy, wydzielonego w ramach linii, kredytu obrotowego, którego obecna wartość wynosi 200 mln PLN, a okres kredytowania dla transz uruchamianych po dniu zawarcia przedmiotowego aneksu wynosi 1,5 roku. Pozostałe istotne warunki umowy nie uległy zmianie i nie odbiegają od standardów rynkowych stosowanych w podobnych umowach kredytowych. |

| Magellan S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 31 July 2017 the Company was given an information about signing of the annex to the credit agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. located in Katowice dated 29 September 2016 for the amount of PLN 200 million. Under the annex dated 31 July 2017 the total amount of the available credit line was raised up to the limit of PLN 300 million. The increase regards the value of revolving loan (a part of the credit line), which is currently in the amount of PLN 200 million and, starting from the date of the annex, period of crediting for withdrawing of tranches is 1.5 year. Other significant conditions of the agreement were not changed and they are not different from the market standards used in this type of contracts. |
