| Kernel Holding S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that changes have been made to the Executive Management Team of the Kernel Group (the “Group”). Mr. Yurii Puhach, Director of Production Assets Management, and Mr. Oleg Tkachenko, Director of Security, resigned from their positions within the Executive Management Team with effect from 19 August 2025 and 26 August 2025, respectively. Both will continue their professional careers within the Company in other roles. The Board of Directors acknowledges their important contribution in their capacity as directors during a period of significant operational transformation and challenges and expresses its gratitude for their service. To ensure continuity and further strengthen the Group’s leadership team, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Hryhorii Kapustian as Director of Production Assets Management, effective 19 August 2025, and Mr. Aibiek Toktomushev as Director of Security, effective 26 August 2025. Both bring extensive industry experience and proven leadership skills, well aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.
