| Acting on the basis of point 10 of terms and conditions of B series bonds of HB Reavis Finance PL sp. z o.o. (the “Issuer”), issued on the basis of the resolution of the Issuer's Management Board dated 4 March 2014 (the “Bonds”), registered in the deposit kept by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under ISIN number PLHBRVF00026, the Issuer hereby notifies about the execution of the call option and the early redemption of Bonds. The relevant resolution of the Issuer’s Management Board on early redemption of Bonds was adopted on 7 August 2017. The early redemption of Bonds will be exercised in accordance with provisions of terms and conditions of the Bonds and the rules of the National Depository for Securities. The Record Date (as defined in terms and conditions of the Bonds) will be 18 August 2017. The early redemption date will be 28 August 2017. Number of Bonds eligible for early redemption: 6,600. |
