| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie, w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 20/2023 z dnia 6 grudnia 2023 r. informuje, że w dniu 8 lutego 2024 r. odbędzie się premiera gry Hunt Together w wersji PCVR na platformie Steam oraz w sklepie Meta Store w wersji na gogle Rift. Emitent wskazuje, że premiera w wersji PCVR będzie zawierała opcję cross-platform, tzn. gracze z wersji PC będą mogli grać wspólnie z graczami z Meta Quest. Premiera wersji Meta Quest miała miejsce w dniu 25 stycznia 2024 r. Hunt Together to sieciowa gra VR oferująca dwa tryby rozgrywki Player vs Player, w których gracze wcielają się w Łowcę lub Ducha, by za pomocą licznych umiejętności, przedmiotów i możliwych do wykorzystania elementów otoczenia pokonać swojego rywala. Areną tych zmagań są lokacje, takie jak opuszczona kopalnia, nawiedzona posiadłość, czy sierociniec. Gracze, oprócz możliwości zmierzenia się ze swoimi przyjaciółmi w trybie pojedynku (1v1) lub Hide and Seek (1v3). Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż premiera Gry może mieć istotny wpływ na wyniki finansowe Emitenta. |

| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p> <font face="Arial" size="3">Title: Information about a release date for the Hunt Together game for PCVR platforms<br/><br/></font> </p> <span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font color="#000000" face="Arial" size="3">The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., headquartered in Chorzow, in reference to the ESPI report No. 20/2023 dated December 6, 2023, informs that the release of the PCVR version of the game Hunt Together on the Steam platform and the Rift goggle version on the Meta Store will take place on February 8, 2024. The issuer indicates that the PCVR version launch will include a cross-platform option, i.e. players from the PC version will be able to play together with players from the Meta Quest version. The release of the Meta Quest version took place on January 25, 2024.</font></span><font face="Arial" size="3"><br/><br/></font><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font color="#000000" face="Arial" size="3">Hunt Together is a network VR game offering two Player vs Player gameplay modes, in which players take on the role of a Hunter or a Ghost to defeat their rival with the help of numerous skills, items and usable environmental elements. The arenas for these struggles are locations such as an abandoned mine, a haunted mansion or an orphanage.
