| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, iż w dniu 9 sierpnia 2023 Rada Nadzorcza Spółki, uchwałą z dnia 9 sierpnia 2023 roku, powołała ze skutkiem na dzień 14 sierpnia 2023 roku Pana Toma Fabiana Langenskiöld na Członka Zarządu Spółki. Pan Fabian Langenskiöld dołączył do Arctic Paper w 2019 roku. Pan Langenskiöld zajmuje stanowisko Wiceprezesa Wykonawczego ds. Sprzedaży i Marketingu. Pan Langenskiöld uzyskał tytuł Master of Science w zakresie nauk ekonomicznych w Hanken School of Economics w Helsinkach, w Finlandii. Pan Langenskiöld ma wieloletnie doświadczenie w procesach sprzedaży w przemyśle papierniczym i zajmował kluczowe stanowiska w takich firmach jak Stora Enso i Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings. Pan Tom Fabian Langenskiöld nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej w stosunku do Arctic Paper S.A., nie jest wspólnikiem w konkurencyjnej wobec Spółki spółce cywilnej, osobowej lub kapitałowej, nie jest członkiem organu spółki kapitałowej, ani jakiejkolwiek innej osoby prawnej, konkurencyjnej w stosunku do Arctic Paper S.A., ani nie został wpisany do Krajowego Rejestru Zadłużonych prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy o Krajowym Rejestrze Zadłużonych. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: § 5 pkt. 4 i 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2018 poz. 757). |

| Current report no. 15/2023 Date: 9th of August 2023 Subject: Changes in the Management Board of Arctic Paper SA General legal basis: Offering Act, article 56, clause 1, item 2 – current and periodic information The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“the Company”) herewith informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board by resolution dated 9th of August 2023 appointed with effect as of 14th of August 2023, Mr. Fabian Langenskiöld as Member of the Management Board of the Company. Mr. Fabian Langenskiöld joined Arctic Paper in 2019. He holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Arctic Paper. Mr. Langenskiöld was granted the title of Master of Science in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. Mr. Langenskiöld has many years of experience in the paper industry sales process and has held key positions at companies such as Stora Enso and Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings. Mr. Langenskiöld is not involved in any activities competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., is not a partner in any competitive company or undertaking, a member of governing bodies of any capital company or any other legal entity in competition with Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Langenskiöld is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Register of Debtors. Specific legal basis: § 5 item 4 and 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2018 item 757). |
