| Zarząd spółki Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka", "Ryvu") niniejszym informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Spółki działając na podstawie art. 368 § 4 k.s.h. powołała w dniu 25 lipca 2022 r. Pana Vatnaka Vat-Ho oraz Dr. Hendrika Nogai w skład Zarządu Spółki ze skutkiem na dzień 1 sierpnia 2022 r. Pan Vatnak Vat-Ho pełni funkcję Chief Business Officer w Ryvu od kwietnia 2021 roku. Pan Vat-Ho jest odpowiedzialny za szeroki obszar działań związanych z rozwojem korporacyjnym i biznesowym Ryvu, w tym strategiczne pozycjonowanie Spółki na rynku, rozmowy partneringowe, zarządzanie projektami współprac naukowych oraz relacje z inwestorami. Dr Nogai objął stanowisko Dyrektora Medycznego Ryvu w styczniu 2022 roku. Dr Nogai odpowiedzialny jest za badania kliniczne oraz wszelkie kwestie medyczne i regulacyjne związane z rozwojem projektów klinicznych Spółki. Informacje dotyczące wykształcenia, kwalifikacji i stanowisk zajmowanych wcześniej przez pana Vat-Ho i Dr. Nogai, wraz z ich dotychczasowym doświadczeniem zawodowym, zostały załączone do niniejszego Raportu. Pan Vat-Ho oraz Dr Nogai nie figurują w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy o Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym, nie prowadzą działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Ryvu, nie są wspólnikami spółek cywilnych lub spółek kapitałowych prowadzących taką działalność oraz nie są członkami organów innych osób prawnych prowadzących taką działalność. |
