| Zarząd Spółki ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2022 z dnia 20.01.2022 r. w sprawie harmonogramu przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2022 r., podaje do publicznej wiadomości informacje o zmianie terminu przekazania do publicznej wiadomości raportu jednostkowego za III kwartał 2022 r. Pierwotna data publikacji wskazanego raportu była ustalona na dzień 29.11.2022 r. (wtorek). Nowy termin przekazania raportu, o którym mowa powyżej to: 22.11.2022 r. (wtorek). Szczegółowa podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757). |
