| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that LLC “Milkiland Agro" (subsidiary of Milkiland Group) acquired 100% of the chartered capital of Private Enterprise “Agro Pershe Travnya" located in Bakhmach region of Chernihiv oblast, which grants the right to 100% of voting rights at the general participants meeting of this company. PE “Agro Pershe Travnya" is an agricultural company which holds c. 800 hectares of arable land under lease and about 140 milking cows. The acquisition of this company is aimed at developing the Group’s raw material supply chain. After this acquisition and in line with leasing of additional land parcels by the existing agri-subsidiaries, the Group’s arable land bank increased to c.20,900 hectares, milking cows headcount to about 2,900 heads. |
