| Huuuge, Inc. („Emitent”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2025 roku: Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2024 – 16 kwietnia 2025 r. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 r. – 27 maja 2025 r. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 r. – 18 września 2025 r. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 r. – 20 listopada 2025 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Emitent nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz za II kwartał 2025 roku. Ponadto zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje, że w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |

| Current Report No. 6/2025 January 22, 2025 Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2025 Huuuge, Inc. (the “Issuer”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2025: The annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2024 - April 16, 2025 The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 27, 2025 The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2025 - September 18, 2025 The consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 20, 2025 At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with article 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2025. In accordance with article 62 section 1 and article 62 section 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
