W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 21/2025 z dnia 2 grudnia 2025 roku, Zarząd 11 bit studios S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 2 grudnia 2025 roku, w godzinach popołudniowych, została zawarta umowa licencyjna z Microsoft Corporation z siedzibą w Waszyngtonie, Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki ("Microsoft"). Przedmiotem umowy jest udzielenie licencji na udostępnienie gry „Death Howl” oraz dwóch innych tytułów z działu wydawniczego Spółki w ramach usługi subskrypcyjnej Microsoft Game Pass. Umowa będzie miała wpływ na wyniki finansowe Spółki w 2026 roku. |

Current report 22/2025 Topic: Conclusion of an agreement concerning the availability of games within the Game Pass program Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR - confidential information. Referring to current report no. 21/2025 of December 2, 2025, the Management Board of 11 bit studios S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that a licensing agreement with Microsoft Corporation, headquartered in Washington, United States of America ("Microsoft"), was concluded in the afternoon of December 2, 2025. The subject of the agreement is granting a license for the availability of the game “Death Howl” and two currently distributed titles from the Company’s publishing division within the Microsoft Game Pass subscription service. The agreement will impact the Company's financial results in 2026. Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
