| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 8 lutego 2023 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za styczeń 2023 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za styczeń 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,90 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,12 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,12 mln PLN. EBITDA wyniosła 0,2 mln zł. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec stycznia 2023 wynosił 1,0 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2023 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie przeglądu i badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostaną zamieszczone w raportach za I kwartał 2023, I półrocze 2023 i raporcie rocznym za rok 2023. |

(hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on February 8th, 2023, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for January 2023.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-a3e469c2-7fff-6ab8-1ef8-13bcf73b950a"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#212529">Sales revenue for January 2023 is expected at PLN 1.90 million.
