| The Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg informs about the increase of the bank of land cultivated by the Issuer by 1500 hectares. As a result of the increase, the size of the Issuers land bank will be 23,969 hectares. The land bank was increased as a consequence of the lease of agricultural land in the Kherson region. |
