| The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. (hereinafter the Company) informs that the Company has entered into the Loan Agreement with the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group (hereinafter IFC). Loan is unsecured long-term loan for 7 and a half years to the amount of USD 30 million. The proceeds of the loan will be used for expansion of the Company’s agricultural operations and for increase in working capital for various subsidiaries of the Company. The Loan Agreement terms involve Warrant Agreement according to which IFC will have the option to subscribe for common shares of the Company in the total amount of up to USD 20 million at the Exercise Price of USD 6,45 per common share during 5 years from the date of the signing of the Loan Agreement.
