The Management Board of HB Reavis Finance PL 2 sp. z o.o. (the “Company") announces about commencement of public offer, on the basis of Article 33 Sec. 1 and Article 34 Sec. 2 of the Bond Act of 15 January 2015, and article 7.4.2. of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended) of up to 220.000 of bonds Series B with nominal value of PLN 1.000 each. Issued Bonds will be secured by registered pledge over Company‘s assets and guarantee granted by HB Reavis Holding S.à r.l. with its seat in Luxembourg.
