| The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the “Company") informs, that the Ukrainian bank (the “Bank 4") filed the claim to Ukrainian court to recover the equivalent of USD 11 million from JSC WESTA-DNEPR (subsidiary of the Company). The management of the Company negotiates with Bank 4 on the settlement of the claim. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies. |
