| <html> <head> </head> <body> <div lang="UK" link="#0563C1" vlink="#954F72" align="start" style="letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"> <div class="m_-7040406478910508088WordSection1"> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px"> The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg, the Issuer, hereby provides an update to its notices from 25 January 2022 and 29 April 2022 on 'Information about the dates for filing periodical reports in 2022'. </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px"> As previously reported, with the ongoing russian invasion of Ukraine and covid resurgence in Europe affecting both the Issuer and the Issuer's Ukrainian and Luxembourg auditors, the publication of the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, initially scheduled for April of this year, had to be postponed.
