Listed video games developer CD Projekt has signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in GOG to Michal Kicinski, a significant shareholder of the company, the video game maker said in a market filing.
Under the agreement, Kicinski will acquire 2,715 shares in GOG, representing 100 pct of the company's share capital and voting rights, on December 31, 2025. The final transaction price was set at PLN 90.69 million (EUR 21.5 mln) and will not be subject to subsequent adjustments.
