| Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") is to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders (“AGM”) will take place at 11:00 am (CET) on July 29 2020 at the offices of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the Meeting of Independent Shareholders will be held immediately after the closing of the AGM at the same place. The Notice of Meetings, including agendas and proxy voting cards in English, are available on the Company’s website at the following link: http://www.plazacenters.com/index.php?p=general_meetings_os_2020 Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the AGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands). The Notice of Meetings, including agendas and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Capita Asset Services). Copies of the Company's Notices of Annual General Meeting and Meeting of Independent Shareholders have been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
