W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego EBI 16/2024 sprawie zwołania Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia QuarticOn S.A. na dzień 2 września 2024 r. ["ZWZ"], Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [“Spółka"] przekazuje otrzymane w dniu dzisiejszym, przyjęte Sprawozdanie Rady Nadzorczej Spółki za rok obrotowy 2023, które ma być przedmiotem obrad ZWZ.
