| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 22/2022 z dnia 1 października 2022 r., nr 3/2023 z dnia 31 stycznia 2023 r., nr 58/2023 z dnia 24 listopada 2023 r. oraz raportu bieżącego nr 59/2023 z dnia 28 listopada 2023 r., Zarząd spółki PCF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 5 kwietnia 2024 r. podjął decyzję o zaniechaniu dalszych prac nad Projektem Dagger („Projekt”). Zaniechanie prac nad Projektem jest wynikiem ponownego przeanalizowania planów rozwojowych projektów realizowanych przez Grupę PCF Group S.A. („Grupa”) i wprowadzenia zmian do tych planów w związku z niesatysfakcjonującymi wynikami ewaluacji zakresu i potencjału komerycjnego Projektu po zredefiniowaniu kierunku rozwoju gry, o których to pracach nad Projektem Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 59/2023 z dnia 28 listopada 2023 r. Postanowienie o zaniechaniu dalszych prac skutkuje utworzeniem na dzień 31 grudnia 2023 r. odpisów aktualizujących w wysokości 100% wartości poniesionych nakładów na Projekt oraz spisaniem wartości nakładów poniesionych na Projekt z ksiąg rachunkowych Spółki w dniu podjęcia decyzji o zaniechaniu Projektu. Dokonanie ww. odpisów wpłynie na: - obniżenie jednostkowego wyniku finansowego za rok 2023 oraz obniżenie wartości aktywów trwałych prezentowanych w jednostkowym bilansie Spółki na dzień 31 grudnia 2023 r. o kwotę 79,9 mln zł, oraz - obniżenie skonsolidowanego wyniku finansowego za rok 2023 oraz obniżenie wartości aktywów trwałych prezentowanych w skonsolidowanym bilansie Grupy na dzień 31 grudnia 2023 r. o kwotę 68,3 mln zł. Utworzenie odpisów aktualizujących ma charakter jednorazowy i niepieniężny, i nie wpływa na wartość jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego wyniku EBITDA. Prezentowane powyżej dane finansowe mają charakter szacunkowy i podlegają badaniu przez audytora, w związku z czym mogą ulec zmianie. Ostateczne wielkości odpisów dotyczących Projektu zostaną przedstawione w jednostkowym oraz skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym za rok 2023, chyba że ich przedstawienie w terminie wcześniejszym będzie wymagane przepisami prawa. |

| Decision to discontinue further work on Project DaggerArticle 17 Section 1 of the MAR With reference to the current reports No. 22/2022 of 1 October 2022, No. 3/2023 of 31 January 2023, No. 58/2023 of 24 November 2023 and No. 59/2023 of 28 November 2023, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 5 April 2024 it decided to discontinue further work on Project Dagger (the “Project”). The discontinuation of work on the Project is the result of re-analysis of the development plans for projects implemented by the capital group of PCF Group S.A. (the “Group”) and introducing changes to these plans in connection with the unsatisfactory results of the evaluation of the scope and commercial potential of the Project after redefining the direction of the game’s development, which the Company informed about in current report No. 59/2023 of 28 November 2023. The decision to discontinue further work results in the creation of write-offs as of 31 December 2023 in the amount of 100% of the value of expenditure incurred on the Project and the write-off of the value of expenditure incurred on the Project from the Company's accounting books on the date of the decision to discontinue the Project. Making the above-mentioned write-offs will affect: • reduction of the standalone financial result for 2023 and reduction of the value of fixed assets presented in the Company’s standalone balance sheet as of 31 December 2023 by the amount of PLN 79.9 million, and • reduction of the consolidated financial result for 2023 and reduction of the value of fixed assets presented in the consolidated balance sheet of the Group as of 31 December 2023 by the amount of PLN 68.3 million. The creation of impairment losses is one-off and non-monetary and does not affect the value of the standalone and consolidated EBITDA result. The financial data presented above are estimates and are subject to audit by an auditor and are therefore subject to change. The final amounts of write-offs relating to the Project will be presented in the standalone and consolidated financial statements for 2023, unless their presentation at an earlier date is required by law. |
