| The Board of Director KDM Shipping Public Limited informed that reason of delaying of financial report for the 9 months ended 30 September 2014 has a technical character. Our servers that hold all of the operation and financial information were down recently. Specialists spent a long time in order to extract the information and to back it up to the new servers. At this point we could say that the information is safe, unfortunately Company team were unable to finalize the 3th quarter report on time. Having worked on it we still require additional time to finalize the report.
