Zarząd niniejszym dziękuje Panu Helmutowi Tomanec za jego pracę jako non executive dyrektora. Podstawa prawna: art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2) Ustawy o ofercie i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (Dz. U. z 2005 r. Nr 184 poz. 1539).
