On 16 December 2013 having received approval from Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania and addressed other provisions in the agreements Avia Solutions Group AB completed acquisition of 100% of the share capital in Helisota UAB, company based in Kaunas, Lithuania, that is engaged in maintenance, repair and overhaul of helicopters, its components, supply of spare parts and consumable materials and provision of technical support. Total consideration for 100% of shares comprise from cash consideration of LTL 12,470,312 and additional payment made in 165,000 new shares of Avia Solution Group AB that were issued and granted to certain individuals as a part of purchase considerations.
