| KDM Shipping Public Limited (the “Company") hereby informs that the Company received on 31 May 2013 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that Mr Konstiantyn Molodkovets - the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, transferred all of the Company's shares held by him (5,100,000) to his wholly owned and controlled company KM Management Limited. Shares were not sold and there was no purchase price. Shares were put as in-kind contribution for 51,000 shares in KM Management Limited, with par value of EUR1.00 each. | |||||||||||
