(hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that the Company received on 30 November 2022 a notification pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, informing that Mr. Alex Lissitsa, Director of the Company, received 995,340 shares in IMC S.A. of new emission according to MIP at a fixed price of 0.01 euro per share, such shareholding being equivalent to 2.8% of total shares outstanding. Following the above, as of 30 November 2022, Mr. Alex Lissitsa owns personally 1 971 900 shares of IMC S.A., such shareholding being equivalent to 5.55% of total shares admitted on trading .
