| Zarząd XTB S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, iż zgodnie z Uchwałą nr 6 Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia XTB S.A. z 23 maja 2024 r. („ZWZ”) w sprawie podziału zysku, ustalenia dnia dywidendy i terminu wypłaty dywidendy, ZWZ postanowiło o wypłacie dywidendy z zysku netto spółki za rok 2023, który wyniósł 787 135 881,94 zł złotych, w kwocie 590 197 640,02 zł, tj. 5,02 zł na jedną akcję. Pozostałą część zysku w kwocie 196 938 241,92 zł ZWZ postanowiło zatrzymać do dyspozycji Spółki przeznaczając ją na kapitał rezerwowy. Jednocześnie dzień dywidendy tj. dzień, według którego ustala się listę akcjonariuszy uprawnionych do dywidendy [dzień dywidendy] ZWZ ustaliło na 3 czerwca 2024 r., natomiast dzień wypłaty dywidendy na dzień 20 czerwca 2024 r. Dywidendą objęte są wszystkie akcje wyemitowane przez Spółkę w liczbie 117.569.251. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of XTB S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that, in accordance with Resolution No. 6 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 23 May 2024 on the distribution of the net profit of the Company, fixing the date of dividend payment and the date of dividend payment, it was decided to distribute the Company’s net profit for the year 2023 in the amount of PLN 787 135 881,94 by the payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 590 197 640,02, i.e. PLN 5,02 per share. The remaining part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 196 938 241,92 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.At the same time, the Ordinary General Meeting set 3 June 2024 as the date on which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined (dividend date). The dividend will be paid 20 June 2024.All 117.569.251 shares issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
