The Management Board of Phoenix Energy a.s. (“the Company\") announces that in accordance with § 34 of the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board meeting was held on 20 February 2013 during which Mr. Daniel Goris was elected as the Supervisory Board Chairman, effective since the date of the election. Legal basis: § 3 ust. 2 point no. 11 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - \"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System\". ----------------------------------- Zarząd Spółki Phoenix Energy a.s. (\"Spółka\") informuje, iż zgodnie z artykułem § 34 Statutu Spółki, w dniu 20 lutym 2013 r. odbyło sie zebranie Rady Nadzorczej, które postanowiło o wyborze pana Daniela Gorisa na Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej. Decyzja Rady wchodzi w życie z dniem podjęcia. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt 11 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - \"Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect\".
