| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. /the "Company"/ informs that on 28th February 2014, the Company became aware that the formal process of registration of the new entity under the name of Baixin Industry Co. Ltd. /"Baixin"/ in the relevant Chinese register of companies has been completed. The sole shareholder of Baixin is Peixin International BVI, direct subsidiary of the Company. The registered capital of the Baixin amounts to five million euro and its registered office is Fujian Province, Yongchun city, Yongchun county. Based on the Chinese legal requirements, the Company explains that the new company has been established in connection with purchase land and plant in Yongchun county. Baixin’s scope of business is manufacturing including production of the general machines, as well as hygienic products machines and the other machine in the other industry. |
