| The Board of Directors of KDM Shipping Public Limited with its seat in Limassol, Cyprus (the "Company") hereby informs that on 12 June, 2015 the Company was informed by Denys Molodkovets, the member of the Company Board of Directors, that the entity wholly owned and controlled by him (in the meaning of art. 160 par. 2 point 4 b) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005), i.e., Denhold Management Limited, with its registered office in Tortola, British Virgin Islands acquired 300,000 shares in the Company. The transaction was executed outside the regulated market. The shares were acquired with price PLN 2,59 per share. Legal grounds: Art.160.4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005 in conjunction with Art. 56.1 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions governing the Introduction of Shares to Organized Trading and on the Public Companies. |
