| KDM Shipping Public Limited (the “Company") hereby informs that on 14 June 2013 the Company received from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. ("TFI PZU SA") acting on behalf of (i) PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy, (ii) PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Akcji ("Fundusze TFI PZU"), a notification pursuant to Art. 69.1.1 and article 87.1.2 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that as a result of settlement the acquisition of 455,000 Company's shares and the share capital increase in the Company, which as reported by the Company in its current report no 22/2013 took place on 11 June 2013, the total number of shares and votes held by Fundusze TFI PZU increased above 5%. According to the notifications, prior the capital increase and settlement of the acquisition of shares, Fundusze TFI PZU held 342,750 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 4.7% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. After the capital increase and settlement of the acquisition of shares, Fundusze TFI PZU hold 797,750 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 8.58% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. TFI PZU SA as a managing entity, is authorized to exercise on behalf of Fundusze TFI PZU voting rights on the general meeting of the Company. |
