| KDM Shipping Public Limited (the “Company") hereby informs that on 13 June 2013 the Company received from Miralex Inc, a notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that as a result of the share capital increase in the Company, which as reported by the Company in its current report no 22/2013 took place on 11 June 2013, the total number of shares and votes held by Miralex Inc decreased below 5%. According to the notifications, prior the capital increase, Miralex Inc held 449,998 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 6.2% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. After the capital increase, the shares held by the Shareholder in a total number equal to 449,998 represent 4.8% of the total increased share capital and voting rights in the Company. As a result of the capital increase, total number of shares and votes held by the Shareholder has not changed, but the percentage of the share capital and a total number of votes decreased by 1.4%. |
