| ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the Company) informs that Aluxes Holding Limited, one of the two majority shareholders of the Company wholly owned by Mr. Valery Korotkov, Chairman of the Board of ASTARTA Holding N.V. sold on 10 March 2011 1,500,000 shares, each share representing one vote, in the Company, bringing the total shareholding of Aluxes Holding Limited from 7,996,883 shares prior to the sale, to 6,496,883 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 25.99% of total shares outstanding. The shareholding of the other majority shareholder of the Company, Albacon Ventures Limited wholly owned by Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, CEO of ASTARTA Holding N.V., has not changed and represents 36.99% of total shares outstanding. After this transaction, the total freefloat of the Company's shares has been increased from 31.02% to 37.02%. |
