| Publication of inside information pursuant to Sections 56.1, 56.6 of the Polish Public Offering Act Report dated 16 June 2015 UNIWHEELS AG expands its Executive Board – Dr. Thomas Buchholz appointed as Chief Automotive Officer and Deputy Chairman In its meeting on June 15, 2015, the Supervisory Board of UNIWHEELS AG has appointed Dr. Thomas Buchholz as a further member and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from August 10, 2015. As Chief Automotive Officer, Dr. Buchholz takes over the management of the Automotive Division. Dr. Buchholz has years of international management experience in the automotive industry. In his last position, he served as Chairman of the Board of automotive supplier SHW AG (Aalen). Previously, Dr. Buchholz led TI Automotive (Heidelberg) GmbH as managing director and was responsible for various management positions in the MAHLE Group for 17 years. Dr. Buchholz obtained his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and earned a master’s degree from Yale University. The Supervisory Board is very pleased to have won a very experienced and competent member for the Executive Board of the company. We are convinced that with his many years of expertise in the automotive supply business, he will promote internationalisation and growth as well as the further increase of profitability of UNIWHEELS AG. The shares of UNIWHEELS AG are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The UNIWHEELS shares trade under the security identification number A13STW, ISIN DE000A13STW4 and ticker symbol UNW.
