TWIGONET: Designation of First Trading Day on NewConnect

The Management Board of TwigoNet Europe, SE ("Company") informs that on 11 April 2012, on the basis of Resolution 339/2012 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE"), the Management Board of the WSE has designated 13 April 2012 as the first day of trading for 1.533.954 Series C ordinary bearer shares of the Company that are being introduced to trading on NewConnect, the alternative trading system operated by the WSE.

Legal basis: §3.1 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
