Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the "Company") informs that on July 12, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company, pursuant to § 12 section 21 of the Company's Articles of Association, by way of co-optation (election), appointed a new Member of the Supervisory Board, Mrs. Anna Kolendo, who will perform her duties from the date of adoption of the resolution until the election of a Member of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting of the Company.
The Company will provide information about the new Member of the Supervisory Board immediately after receiving it.
