| With reference to the dividend policy disclosed in the IPO Prospectus, the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. /the "Company"/ informs that it will recommend to the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements for 2013 /the "AGM"/ that the Company makes a distribution of 10% of the consolidated net profit for 2013. Good financial performance in 2013 allows the Company to maintain strategic commitment for the dividend policy, even though PEIXIN is implementing an investment plan of estimated CAPEX amounting to around EUR 56 – 72 million in 2014 and 1H of 2015. For this purpose on 13th March 2014 the Management Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the intention to recommend to the AGM to distribute at the expense of the Company’s distributable consolidated net profit in the amount of EUR 1,560,000 in the aggregate, being an amount of EUR 0,12 per share. At the same day the Supervisory Board of the Company have approved the proposal of the Management Board. On the date of the AGM, the Management Board of the Company will determine a dividend day and a day on which the dividend is made payable. |
