Podstawa prawna

Art. 17 ust. 1 MAR - informacje poufne.

Każda z nich została przygotowana do realizacji określonego scenariusza technicznego:

a) jedna platforma wykonała autonomiczny profil misji o długości około 24 km;

b) dwie platformy przeprowadziły odrębne autonomiczne misje pojedynczych statków powietrznych;

c) dwie kolejne platformy uczestniczyły w jednoczesnej, skoordynowanej operacji zarządzanej przez jednego operatora z wykorzystaniem jednej naziemnej stacji kontroli.

Wszystkie pięć platform pomyślnie zrealizowało przypisane im scenariusze, a założone dla Phase I podstawowe cele techniczne zostały osiągnięte. Zgodnie z końcowym raportem podczas demonstracji potwierdzono w szczególności:

a) autonomiczne wykonywanie wcześniej zaprogramowanych planów misji;

b) nawigację i realizację zadań z wykorzystaniem punktów trasy;

c) pełne wykonanie zaplanowanych punktów nawigacyjnych;

d) autonomiczne kontynuowanie misji poza aktywnym zasięgiem telemetrii;

e) realizację terminalnego profilu zadaniowego bez konieczności ręcznego sterowania platformą;

f) jednoczesne wykonywanie dwóch niezależnych misji przez dwie platformy;

g) zarządzanie dwiema platformami przez jednego operatora z wykorzystaniem jednej naziemnej stacji kontroli;

h) stabilne działanie podstawowej architektury sterowania lotem, planowania misji, komunikacji i kontroli naziemnej.

W zademonstrowanym profilu misji uzyskano następujące parametry:

a) długość wykonanego profilu misji – około 24 km;

b) czas lotu – około 18 minut;

c) prędkość przelotowa – około 99 km/h;

d) maksymalna zarejestrowana prędkość – 146 km/h;

e) wysokość lotu trasowego – około 60–200 m nad poziomem gruntu;

f) wysokość osiągnięta przed wykonaniem terminalnego profilu zadaniowego – około 600 m nad poziomem gruntu;

g) aktywny zasięg sterowania i telemetrii – około 2 km;

Fazy I otwiera drogę do prezentacji systemu IRYDA+ X1 podczas XXXIV Międzynarodowego Salonu Przemysłu Obronnego MSPO 2026 w Kielcach.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), hereby announces that on 5 August 2026, the Issuer and Shark Havacılık Danışmanlık ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, with its registered office in Konya, Republic of Turkey (“Shark Aviation”, “Technology Partner”), signed and adopted the final technical report concerning the first stage of verification of the IRYDA+ X1 unmanned system, carried out on 19 July 2026 at the test site (“Report”).

The document, entitled “IRYDA+ X1 Phase I Technical Verification Demonstration Official Report”, marks the official conclusion of the technical verification stage of the project, referred to as Phase I (“Faza I”). The Report was prepared by Shark Aviation, the company responsible for the technological and engineering aspects of the system, and accepted by the Issuer as a record of the demonstration observed on site by representatives of MBF Group S.A.

The aim of Phase I was to verify, in a real-world flight environment, the platform’s basic characteristics, autonomous mission planning and execution, the implementation of a long-range profile and a terminal mission profile, the telemetry and communications infrastructure, and the capability to manage more than one platform simultaneously.

A total of five IRYDA+ X1 prototype drones were used in the demonstration. Each was prepared to carry out a specific technical scenario:

a) one platform carried out an autonomous mission profile covering a distance of approximately 24 km;

b) two platforms carried out separate autonomous single-aircraft missions;

c) two further platforms took part in a simultaneous, coordinated operation managed by a single operator using a single ground control station.

All five platforms successfully completed their assigned scenarios, and the basic technical objectives set for Phase I were achieved.

According to the final report, the following were confirmed in particular during the demonstration:

a) the autonomous execution of pre-programmed mission plans;

b) navigation and task execution using waypoints;

c) the full execution of planned waypoints;

d) the autonomous continuation of the mission beyond the active range of telemetry;

e) execution of the terminal mission profile without the need for manual control of the platform;

f) simultaneous execution of two independent missions by two platforms;

g) management of two platforms by a single operator using a single ground control station;

h) stable operation of the basic architecture for flight control, mission planning, communications and ground control.

The following parameters were achieved in the demonstrated mission profile:

a) length of the mission profile completed – approximately 24 km;

b) flight time – approximately 18 minutes;

c) cruising speed – approximately 99 km/h;

d) maximum recorded speed – 146 km/h;

e) cruising altitude – approximately 60–200 m above ground level;

f) altitude reached prior to executing the terminal mission profile – approximately 600 m above ground level;

g) active control and telemetry range – approximately 2 km;

h) completion of planned waypoints – 100 per cent.

The Issuer’s Management Board hereby announces that the Report also confirms that, upon moving beyond the active communication range, the platform did not interrupt the mission but autonomously continued the pre-programmed mission plan. Manual flight control was not required during the scenarios carried out.

During the operation, the two platforms simultaneously carried out their own independent mission plans. Coordination was achieved through mission planning, the ground control station and the actions of a single operator. The demonstration did not involve direct data exchange between the platforms; therefore, the result achieved was classified as a coordinated multi-platform operation.

The technical results were assessed on the basis of flight logs, telemetry records, mission files, GNSS/GPS data, ground control station records, field observations, and photographic and video documentation. The source materials have been archived by Shark Aviation and may be made available to the extent necessary for an authorised technical review. The report indicates that, during the execution of the planned missions, the system’s basic architecture operated stably, and no critical failures or technical non-conformities were identified in the components affecting the success of the missions.

The company’s management notes that the timely and successful completion of the so-called Phase I paves the way for the presentation of the IRYDA+ X1 system at the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO 2026) in Kielce. The presentation is scheduled for 8 September 2026, on the first day of the event, as part of the National Scientific Conference dedicated to dual-use technologies, strengthening national defence and economic development. The Issuer and the Technology Partner are making organisational preparations for their participation in MSPO, including the configuration of reference systems, technical and exhibition materials, and the organisation of their transport to Poland. The presentation is intended to serve as a basis for discussions with representatives of the armed forces, potential users, system integrators, industrial enterprises and institutions interested in further demonstrations and the development of the system.

The Issuer’s Management Board regards the successful completion of all planned Phase I scenarios, the achievement of the parameters specified in the report, and the formal documentation of the results as a significant milestone in the development of the IRYDA+ X1 drone. This event confirms the project’s transition from the conceptual and preparatory phase to the phase of verified technical demonstrations, and lays the foundation for further development, presentation and commercialisation work.

The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. has classified the above event as confidential information due to the significance of the IRYDA+ X1 project for the Issuer’s development strategy in the unmanned, defence and dual-use technology sectors, the successful completion of the technical verification, the achievement of key system parameters, and the project’s transition to preparations for Phase II and its presentation on the Polish and European markets.
