| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p> </p> <div> The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg (“the Issuer”) hereby informs that the farms that are part of the holding are completing preparations for the spring sowing campaign, which is planned to start on April 10-12. The holding is provided with fuel, seeds, and is completing the formation of a reserve of plant protection products. Currently, the process of selecting seeds, plant protection products, and fertilizers is underway. </div> <div> <br/>At present, the Issuer's farms have completed the process of feeding winter crops on an area of 5.5 thousand hectares, as well as rapeseed on an area of 800 hectares. The plants are in good condition.<br/><br/> </div> <div> The Issuer is not going to make adjustments to the planned crop structure: 60% grain crops (wheat, barley, rapeseed) and 40% spring crops (sunflower and corn). <br/> </div> <div> <font color="rgb(34, 34, 34)" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="small"><br align="start" style="letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"> </font> </div> </body> </html> |
