| On February 24, Russian troops invaded Ukraine, and peaceful Ukrainian cities were shelled by missiles. Russia has started a full-scale war against Ukraine. Production sites and lands cultivated by enterprises of IMC S.A. are located in Chernihiv, Sumy and Poltava regions of Ukraine, where active hostilities are currently underway. Now all production and export activities are suspended. The main priority for the company is to save the lives of our employees. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, we predict a delay in the release of IMC S.A. and its subsidiaries Annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 for indefinite period of time. |
