Contents of the report:
On 17 October 2017, the Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter - the Company) elected Ignas Krasauskas as a new Management Board member. He shall be responsible for IT (information technologies) policy and its fulfilment, e-commerce and legal questions within the Group in all jurisdictions. As of adoption of said resolution, the Company’s Management Board shall consist of 6 (six) members (Artūras Gudelis, Tomas Kleiva, Vytautas Turonis, Edvinas Paulauskas, Algė Jablonskienė and Ignas Krasauskas).
