Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr RB EBI 8/2022 z dnia 30 maja 2022 roku termin publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za 2021 r. zadeklarowano na dzień 24 czerwca 2022 roku.
Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego oraz raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za rok 2021 i wyznacza nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego oraz raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za rok 2021 na dzień 27 czerwca 2022 roku.
Pozostałe terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych Spółki pozostają bez zmian.
Konieczność zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za rok 2021 wynika z obszernej ilości danych do analizy a niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia audytu oraz przyjętej przez Spółkę organizacji pracy w postaci pracy hybrydowej wprowadzonej w trakcie trwania pandemii SARS-CoV-2 i wynikających z przedmiotowego powodu opóźnień dotyczących obiegu dokumentów.
Emitent wskazuje, że nowy termin został ustalony uwzględniając zaawansowanie prac nad ukończeniem raportu rocznego oraz raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za rok 2021.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

Change of the date of publication of the Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2021
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 has been changed.
According to the current EBI report of the Company no. RB EBI 8/2022 of May 30, 2022, the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 was declared for June 24, 2022.
The Management Board of the Company announces that it changes the date of publication of the Company's annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021 and sets the new date of publication of the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021 on June 27, 2022.
The remaining dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports remain unchanged.
The need to change the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 results from the extensive amount of data for analysis necessary to conduct the audit and the organization of work adopted by the Company in the form of hybrid work introduced during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and delays in the circulation of documents resulting from this reason .
The Issuer indicates that the new deadline has been set taking into account the advancement of work on the completion of the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2021.
