Zarząd XTPL S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu („Spółka” lub „Emitent”) przekazuje poniżej wykaz akcjonariuszy, którzy na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Emitenta ("ZWZ"), które odbyło się 30 czerwca 2026 roku, posiadali co najmniej 5% głosów. Na ZWZ wykonywane było prawo łącznie z 1.288.030 głosów, stanowiących 43,66% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce.

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby provides the list of shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting of the Issuer (“AGM”) held on 30 June 2026. At the AGM, voting rights were exercised from a total of 1,288,030 votes, representing 43.66% of the total number of votes in the Company.
