Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu nr 14/2022 z dnia 20 czerwca 2022, informuje, że w dniu 1 sierpnia 2022 Emitent zawarł aneks do wstępnego porozumienia (term sheet) dotyczącego kluczowych warunków sprzedaży przez Spółkę technologii Bidlogic.
W związku z wydłużeniem procesu due diligence, strony postanowiły o wydłużeniu okresu poprzedzającego zawarcie umowy zbycia.

Zgodnie ze zaktualizowanym harmonogramem zawarcie umowy zbycia technologii Bidlogic planowane jest do 1 września 2022 r., przy czym z uwagi na chęć uniknięcia kolejnych aneksów do term sheet Strony postanowiły, że ww. umowa może zostać zawarta do końca września 2022.
Emitent poinformuje o zawarciu ostatecznej umowy w odrębnym komunikacie.

	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "Issuer"), in connection with the report No. 14/2022 of June 20, 2022, informs that on August 1st, 2022, the Issuer concluded an annex to the preliminary agreement (term sheet) concerning the critical terms of sale Bidlogic technology company. According to the updated schedule, the conclusion of the Bidlogic technology sale agreement is planned by September 1, 2022, and to avoid further annexes to the term sheet, the Parties decided that the above-mentioned contract may be concluded by the end of September 2022.
