Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w drugim kwartale 2026 roku wyniosły 93,1 mln PLN.

W szacunkowej kwocie płatności:

46,5 mln PLN (50,0%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Fishing Clash;

13,4 mln PLN (14,4%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash;

13,7 mln PLN (14,7%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Trophy Hunter;

9,5 mln PLN (10,2%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Wings of Heroes;

4,7 mln PLN (5,1%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Real Flight Simulator.

Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio:

kwiecień 2026: 30,8 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 14,9 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 4,3 mln PLN, Trophy Hunter - 4,9 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,4 mln PLN, a Real Flight Simulator - 1,6 mln PLN.

maj 2026: 32,4 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash – 16,2 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 4,9 mln PLN,Trophy Hunter - 4,7 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,2 mln PLN, a Real Flight Simulator - 1,6 mln PLN.

czerwiec 2026: 30,0 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 15,4 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 4,2 mln PLN, Trophy Hunter - 4,1 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,0 mln PLN, a Real Flight Simulator - 1,6 mln PLN.

Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport półroczny za okres zakończony 30 czerwca 2026 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 24 sierpnia 2026 roku.

Information on quarterly sales revenues (bookings) - Q2 2026

To ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square Games Capital Group in the second quarter of 2026 amounted to PLN 93.1 million.

Of the estimated bookings:

PLN 46.5 million (50.0%) refers to bookings generated by the Fishing Clash game;

PLN 13.4 million (14.4%) refers to bookings generated by the Hunting Clash game;

PLN 13.7 million (14.7%) refers to bookings generated by the Trophy Hunter game;

PLN 9.5 million (10.2%) refers to bookings generated by the Wings of Heroes game;

PLN 4.7 million (5.1%) refers to bookings generated by the Real Flight Simulator game.

Bookings in individual months were as follows:

April 2026: PLN 30.8 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 14.9 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.3 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 4.9 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 3.4 million, and Real Flight Simulator - PLN 1.6 million.

May 2026: PLN 32.4 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 16.2 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.9 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 4.7 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 3.2 million, and Real Flight Simulator - PLN 1.6 million.

June 2026: PLN 30.0 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 15.4 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.2 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 4.1 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 3.0 million, and Real Flight Simulator - PLN 1.6 million.

The Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by the Company is the consolidated quarterly report for the period ending June 30, 2026, which will be published on August 24, 2026.
