| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") informs that on August 3, 2018, the Board received the notification from AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK (“Aviva OFE”), with its registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, dated 31 July 2018, on decline of holding of shares of Milkiland N.V. below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company due to the selling transactions made on 26 July, 2018. On July 30, 2018, Aviva OFE holds 1,561,306 (one million five hundred and sixty one thousand three hundred and six) shares of the Company that constitutes 4.996% of the Company’s share capital and corresponds to 1,561,306 (one million five hundred and sixty one thousand three hundred and six) votes or 4.996% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders. Before the transaction Aviva OFE held 1,570,579 (one million five hundred and seventy thousand five hundred and fifty-nine) shares of the Company that constituted 5.03% of Company’s share capital and corresponded to 1,570,579 (one million five hundred and seventy thousand five hundred and fifty-nine) votes or 5.03% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders. |
