| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") informs that it received the notification from Mr. Anatoliy Yurkevych, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, that the person closely associated with him (in the meaning of art. 160 par. 2 point 4 b) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005), i.e., 1, Inc. Cooperatief U.A., with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, purchased 223,413 shares in the Company. Purchase transactions were made on 20 28 February 2013.
