The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2018:

Consolidated annual report for 2017 – 21 March 2018,

Consolidated quarterly reports:
- 2018 1Q report – 15 May 2018;
- 2018 2Q report – 14 August 2018;
- 2018 3Q report – 14 November 2018.

Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
